Opening/Saving PDFs
- Save the PDF file to your computer in a location that will be easy to find later (such as your desktop, documents, or downloads folder). Do not try to open the file in your web-browser.
PC: right click, “Save link as…” Mac: ctrl+click, “Save link as…” - Open the PDF in Adobe Reader. If this is not your default program, right-click/ctrl+click on the file, choose “Open with…”, then other. Find Adobe Reader on the list of available programs and click on it, check the box that says “Always use/open with...”, and click Okay/Open.
- The form will open in Adobe reader.
- Complete the form and save again before attaching it to an e-mail.

Please make sure you have the most recent version to view PDFs. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the program.
