Camera + Audio Operations - IMM

Come work with International Media Ministries on our ongoing video productions to put Jesus on Every Screen.

+ Report to Producer to coordinate camera operation and relative equipment for each shoot. Will operate cameras during shoot, checking for consistency and best settings. Will record other projects not related to shoots such as promos, social media content, and other photography or creative videography.

+ Report to Producer to coordinate audio equipment for each video shoot, preparing professional recording set-up with available equipment. Editing and mixing audio for projects in post-production, working with editors to produce professional sound. 

+ If experience allows, professional music recordings may be produced and mixed for final output.

+ Flexibility to handle different jobs as the need arises on our team, including but not limited to marketing, administration, and maintenance, determined by skills and ability. It is possible your role on the team may be limited to solely audio engineering or solely camera operations, based on experience and need.

Credentials or Experience Needed — Experience with ProTools or Adobe Audio software, professional camera and audio equipment, on the job experience or degree in audio engineering or film. 

Housing – The IMM facility has bedrooms available with shared living space and kitchen. The fair rental cost of the housing helps reduce budgets. Off site options are available.

Transportation – Madrid Province has a good public transportation system, such as buses and trains to take you into the city center. If you are staying for a 2-year term and are over 25 years old, you have the option of going to driving school which is required to receive your Spanish license and use an IMM vehicle for your basic living needs (bank, grocery store, doctor’s office, etc.).

Local Church Involvement – Weekend involvement with local ministries is encouraged.

+ Spanish is helpful and encouraged.
