Pastoral Training in Amazon Rainforest

MANAUS, BRAZIL: Come serve with King’s Castle in Brazil! King’s Castle is focused on reaching the children and youth of Brazil, equipping them to be mature followers of Jesus and to reach their generation. 

80% of communities in the Amazon rainforest exist in a state of complete separation from the church, having no congregation, pastor, or church building. In fact, many have zero Gospel representation at all. The focus of our jungle team is to establish the church in the heart of the Amazon. We focus on developing a congregation of believers in the community, help to raise up a pastor, and then support that pastor with ongoing training and equipping them to effectively lead and reach their community. Team members will be a part of establishing training programs for jungle pastors, or jungle seminaries, to equip them with the biblical training necessary to develop solid, biblical theology that can be passed on to those in their community, establishing strong, healthy and thriving churches throughout the Amazon. 

Formal biblical training (Seminary/Bible school/Berean) is preferred.
