Are you passionate about training the next generation of pastors, church planters, and ministry leaders? The Caribbean School of Theology is expanding, and we need dedicated team members to join us in equipping leaders across the Caribbean!

We are excited to announce that the Caribbean School of Theology will be expanding to Curaçao, where we will continue to serve islands and nations throughout the region. We’re seeking both experienced teachers and individuals who can offer valuable administrative support. No matter your experience level, we believe in a collaborative team approach built on mutual respect and shared goals.

Why Curaçao?

Curaçao is a vibrant island in the Dutch Caribbean, just 40 miles north of Venezuela. Known for its warm hospitality, it’s a place where three major languages—Dutch, Papiamento, and English—are spoken, and cultures from Latin America, China, and India are celebrated. There’s also a new, thriving international church plant where team members can get involved and serve! Just a few of the reasons why Curaçao is such a great place for Caribbean School of Theology to be based while you travel all over the Caribbean to assist with our mobile seminary. 

While formal biblical training (Seminary, Bible School, Berean, etc.) is preferred for those that wish to teach, it’s not required. We are seeking individuals who can contribute to various aspects of CST operations. Specifically, we are looking for individuals with the ability to teach, assist with administrative tasks, support the development of online materials, and serve as liaisons in international settings. Candidates who can effectively take on multiple roles will be particularly valuable.
