Project Impact Coordinator- Empowering Communities Through Partnership

Project Impact is a transformative outreach initiative that collaborates with local churches to create lasting change in their communities through evangelism and outreach events over a span of four years. In partnership with Convoy of Hope, we provide weekly meals to children in vulnerable areas, while also offering a weekly Bible club to nurture their spiritual growth.

Churches participating in this program receive Impact Boxes. These boxes include a themed lesson book, along with all the materials and resources needed to run the Bible club effectively. In addition to the Bible club, we work with churches to facilitate community outreach and evangelism events throughout the year. Our mission is to support churches in marginalized and overlooked areas to help them "impact their community" by reaching those who may be unchurched, through community development and discipleship programs.

The Impact Coordinator will collaborate with the Conradys’ ministries to oversee the program’s implementation. This role includes delivering food and Impact Boxes to program sites, replenishing and distributing new materials, handling administrative duties such as record-keeping, and potentially teaching weekly Impact Lessons based on provided resources. The coordinator will also assist with planning and executing annual community events at each of the participating locations.
