LA CEIBA, HONDURAS:The Teams Coordinator will together within the ministries of the Conradys help oversee the recruiting, planning, and execution of teams visiting. This opportunity will allow you to serve side by side with other team members who coordinate various other projects. This also may include visions trips of visiting team leadership.
This opportunity will allow you to also help our team to develop partners in under reached, overlooked areas. Together, we will look forward to exploratory trips to connect us with local leaders to reach out and help to grow the church in under reached areas.
The Teams Coordinator will help to manage teams for a variety of tasks, which may include: construction, kids crusades, women and men's events, evangelism, school programs, and church services. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a dynamic team, that has a winning personality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal/social skills
- Ability to be a team player
- Basic understanding of cultural norms
- Basic ability to speak and understand Spanish
Desired, but not needed:
- Familiar with Google Workspace
- Basic video/photography skills
