Insurance Coverage

All AGWM short-term ministers must purchase overseas travel insurance with Guarantee Trust Life. Information on this coverage and the required forms are included in the application packet. The cost is $3.00 per day per person.

Insurance Coverage:

• $100,000 24-hour accidental death and dismemberment
• $50,000 accident medical maximum per occurrence
• $12,500.00 sickness medical maximum per occurrence
• $100,000 accident permanent total disability benefit
• $12,000.00 sickness permanent total disability benefit
• $75,000 medical evacuation limit
• $10,000 repatriation limit

STMA provides this coverage through a group policy with Guarantee Trust Life.
