We are seeking a single or couple with a desire to serve the local church in the West of Ireland in the area of youth ministry. This opportunity is to come alongside a new church plant and help lead the youth ministry with weekly meetings, outreach/events, discipleship and growth, and connecting with the youth of the community. The Youth Worker/Pastor will be encouraged and supported by the Lead Team of the church plant.

Ireland is a small, beautiful island with the Atlantic Sea to the West and the Irish Sea to the East. Ennis, Ireland is located in the West of Ireland with the rugged west coast, famous cliffs, and natural beauty wherever you look.  The ease of public transportation allows you to explore across the country, and you can easily find yourself on a new adventure.

A typical day serving as a youth worker/pastor of this new church plant would include ministry planning, prayer time, communication with team leaders, parents and youth, vision casting, preparing and organizing ministry outreaches and events, as well as developing opportunities to engage with the community. Prior experience with youth ministry is required.

We are looking for people who have a strong personal relationship with Jesus, exhibit humility, flexible team players and willing to serve others. One year commitment required, but 2 years is preferred.
